As a Project Manager, you’ll play a vital role in leading and delivering optimisation and uplift of our Client Engagement Lifecycle (CEL). Acting as the Product Owner for CEL, this role partners with key stakeholders across internal functions and client delivery teams to review, redesign and optimise current processes, workflows and operating models; shape requirements; evaluate solution options; agree fit-for-purpose solutions; and develop integrated delivery plans across parallel initiatives. What you’ll do: Lead pain point analysis by translating complex business challenges and pain points into clear problem statements, and prioritising related initiatives based on value, benefits and outcomes Lead Solution analysis by partnering with stakeholders from all areas of the business to explore, suggest and test innovative solution options Support the development of business requirements including clear scope, acceptance criteria and traceability to outcomes Lead solution design for process workflow and operating model by overseeing and quality assuring the review, redesign and optimisation of end-to-end processes and workflows Lead solution design of operating model redesign activities to the optimised process Capture and consolidate broad perspectives to ensure business, client, risk, compliance, technology and operational considerations are reflected in design Lead and navigate alignment with global firm mandates alongside local requirements Lead delivery roadmap and monitoring through integrated delivery roadmaps and plans across parallel initiatives Actively identify and manage cross-project dependencies, constraints and concentration risks Lead and drive execution through to implementation, monitoring progress against milestones and reporting on risks Work and operate comfortably at both strategic and delivery levels Lead and manage direct and matrix-ed resources across the business What we’re looking for: Proven project management experience delivering complex, multi-discipline programs; ideally with experience in client delivery and/or a professional services firm environment Proven experience of identifying, shaping and implementing automation or AI agentification solutions is desirable Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse internal teams and senior leaders effectively. Solid understanding of risk, assurance, or compliance environments, preferably within professional services or highly regulated industries. Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
